Weighing more than many subwoofers in their entirety (28.9kg), the massive woofer cone isn’t just wide but also long in throw, meaning that it shifts a huge amount of air for bass with endless depth. For absolute control it uses the first ever dual 8 inch coils, meaning that the bass isn’t just deep but incredibly hard-hitting, too.

Available for Apple iOS, Android and Amazon Fire platforms, the SVS control app gives precision control of your subwoofer. For the first time, Auto Room Equalisation* uses the smartphone’s mic to automatically measure and adjust the subwoofer’s settings to suit your room’s acoustics. The app also lets you access all the DSP functions including volume, six preset EQs, low pass filter, phase, polarity, room gain compensation, power management settings and more.

Featuring a highly reinforced MDF cabinet, the PB17 Ultra R|Evolution provides resonance-free, low distortion sound and is built to last. Screw-in Iso-elastomer feet help damp the cabinet and improve stability. Choose between Gloss Black or Black Oak finishes for the best match for your room. A non-resonant grille is also supplied, keeping the woofer protected when needed.
